This platform serves the purpose of the association: “The association has established this platform to pass on theoretical and practical knowledge to one another.” (Help for self-help)
The association represents the interests of its members and points out that all members (supporting members honorary members) are responsible for themselves (personal responsibility). All members are volunteers and the focus is on cooperation.
The non-profit activity of the association is not profit-oriented and has, among other things, the purpose of conveying new zest for life to the members (supporting members honorary members) or participants in the projects.
The members (supporting members honorary members) are obliged to promote the interests of the association to the best of their ability and to refrain from ANYTHING that could damage the reputation and purpose of the association. You must observe the association statutes and the resolutions of the association bodies. The association’s internal arbitration court is responsible for settling all disputes arising from the association relationship. It decides to the best of its knowledge and belief, its decisions are final within the association. The association reserves the right to demand compensation and/or reimbursement of expenses from the member (supporting members honorary members) if they seek out an institution other than the arbitration tribunal in the event of disagreements.
Annual Membership: The membership (supporting membership) is concluded for a duration of 12 months. It automatically renews for another 12 months unless the supporting member cancels in writing via email to ad***@*********ve.academy at least 6 weeks before expiration. The “Mission Love Academy” association explicitly points out that no separate written, oral, or other notice regarding the possibility of cancellation will be provided in the event of a supporting membership renewal.
